So happy working with you! === Below is my review in 2024 === I just want to truly thank you again for helping me purchase the 3rd house in Rochester Hills this year. This transaction was very very challenging and very difficult, because we had to be in the war bidding, in which a lot of people/investors wanted to buy the property, the seller's issue (waiting & waiting...), and my strange lender who wanted me to repair the property before Closing. So glad we switched to you preferred lender Amanda Hatfield at the end. Everything happened within a month and half, and we did it! Our journey started when I was running Dexter-Ann Arbor Half Marathon on June 2, and I just couldn't stop thinking about the property. The deadline of an offer submission was at the time I reached the finish line, so I decided to put an offer without seeing the inside of the property while running. Within a month and half, we had a bunch of texts, phone calls, emails, back and fourth during day and night times. You are very responsive, awesome communication, and never let me wait for your replies more than an hour. So glad working with you Sherry! Today, I own a piece of the prime properties in Rochester Hills, and we won the war bidding! Sherry Sharbaugh and the seller's realtor worked very hard on this, and never complained. I just couldn't do this without her help. Sherry Sharbaugh really loves what she does. She doesn't care of how big or small amounts of her commission is. Randy and Matt helped us through the challenging task of buying a home while living out of state. Between visits to metro Detroit and virtual tours they made it happen. Randy was responsive, shared his thoughts but wasn’t pushy and overall just made us feel comfortable with the process. In the end, we found a great house in Ferndale all the way from California and with their help we got it painted and the floors redone before move in day. We worked with Randy short term while dipping our toes into the housing market. Randy was on the ball quickly for the showing he set up for us, and was a great resource for discussing different locations throughout metro Detroit. Not only was he well informed on buying in the current market, but it was clear he would be a great resource in supporting us with our current home as well; we toyed with turning our current home into a rental property and he was the only realtor we spoke to who took the time to really explore what we could expect if we decided to go this route….as well as guidance on what we could expect for the selling process if that’s the direction we decided to go in. Ultimately due to some unforeseen circumstances we did not end up moving forward with our move, but if we had continued with Randy and his team, I know we would have been well taken care of! I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone!

5 Stars all the way around!! Matt and Liz listed my house in Royal Oak towards the end of the summer. I thought at MOST my house would have sold for 330-350K. It was a bungalow built in 1926 without a garage. It was updated but i really thought the lack of garage would hurt my value. The team sold my house for 372K! The team communicated with me all the time and answered my calls and text after standard business hours. Would highly recommend.
